Understanding animal behavior is key to providing better care and creating a safe environment for both animals and people. This training will introduce you to common behaviors, body language cues, and how to respond appropriately to ensure the well-being of the animals in our care.

Please take the time to review the training thoroughly, then complete the quiz to test your knowledge. You may retake the quiz as many times as you need, but a perfect score of 100% is required to pass. Your awareness makes a real difference in the lives of the animals.

Some trainings are optional and serve to expand your skills, while others are mandatory before you can participate in certain activities, particularly those that involve direct animal handling or specialized care or knowledge.
