Compassion Fatigue

Working in animal welfare is incredibly rewarding, but it can also be emotionally challenging. Compassion fatigue is a common experience that can affect how we care for animals and ourselves. This training will help you understand the signs of compassion fatigue, how to manage it, and ways to maintain your well-being while supporting the animals.

Please review the material carefully and complete the quiz to confirm your understanding. You can retake the quiz as many times as needed, but a perfect score of 100% is required to pass. Taking care of yourself is just as important as caring for the animals.
